Abstract
In recent years, with the continuous progress of the power transmission project, the scale of the transmission line network in the region continues to expand, the difficulty of the inspection of the transmission channel in the region gradually increases. In order to improve the inspection accuracy and efficiency of the transmission channel, this paper uses the BJ-2 high-resolution satellite image data as the data source, and adopts multi-scale segmentation technology. Technology and object-oriented classification algorithm, study and analyze the extraction method of key ground feature information of transmission channel, the research shows that: (1) object-oriented algorithm is suitable for the information extraction of high-resolution image data, its ground feature information extraction accuracy is high, it can meet the inspection work of transmission channel, but it still needs the intervention of manual interpretation work, which shows that transmission based on high-resolution satellite image technology channel inspection is feasible; (2) the accuracy of shed information extracted by multi-scale segmentation technology coupled with object-oriented classification algorithm can reach 95%, which can replace manual interpretation work, while the accuracy of road information can be relatively low, but it can still replace most of manual interpretation work; compared with traditional field inspection and manual visual interpretation, multi-scale segmentation technology coupled with object-oriented classification algorithm has the advantages of high boundary precision and high efficiency.
