Abstract

The urban public safety emergency management system includes five databases (basic information database, geographic information database, emergency rescue information database, emergency expert database, emergency database), which contains sub-databases, using advanced information technology (such as remote sensing telemetry system). However, in order to ensure the stability of the system and to make the urban public safety emergency management system more timeliness, the corresponding system model must be established.
