Abstract
Based on numerical simulation, the diffraction of vortex beams on a circular opaque screen in a homogeneous medium using the example of Laguerre-Gaussian beam modes is calculated. An analysis of an evolution of diffracted beams from the degree of its overlap by a round screen is performed. The reconstruction of the Laguerre-Gaussian beam as it propagates, even with complete overlap of the central part of the beam, is demonstrated.
