Abstract
The driver is key factor of road passenger transport safety. How to effectively regulate the behavior of road passenger drivers has become a major problem in the road transportation industry. Based on 46 typical road passenger traffic accidents, the driver's driving behavior is analyzed in the process of accident statistic analysis. Drivers’ violations (speeding, overloading,, fatigue driving, etc.) and improper operation are important causes of accidents. Based on fishbone diagram and expert brainstorming, main problem are analyzed in-depth from the aspects of transport market, violation cost, safety education, etc. Countermeasures are proposed to improve the prevention and control of road passenger transportation driver behavior, such as fight fatigue driving behavior, strengthening the speeding drivers in field and response capacity.
