Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of power grid reliability evaluation, an optimal load reduction method based on improving REI equivalent is proposed.REI equivalent is a method of static equivalent of a power system. The present invention first partitioned the system according to the weak connection state of the distribution network. The weak connection state of the distribution network is divided into weak connection states with small mutual influence and low external network of each partition of the system is REI simplified, and then the optimal load reduction model is constructed, so that the conventional load reduction calculation is the separate load reduction in the conversion area of the whole network, which reduces the calculation scale and improves the calculation efficiency of reliability evaluation.In addition, a specific solution to the REI equivalent network correction: add a correction REI network to reflect the influence of the external network changes, and obtain the approximate optimal solution of the whole network optimization only exchanging the voltage value of the boundary node.The validity of the proposed method is verified by using the IEEE39 nodes as an example.
