Abstract
Group is the earliest developed, the most extensive and the most fully used part of abstract algebra, which is the basis of establishing other algebraic structures. The study of group theory originated from the study of permutation groups. Then it is found that the most important problem is not the permutation itself, but the properties of sets under algebraic operations. Therefore, the concept of general group is put forward, which expands the research object and application of group and enriches the research methods of group theory. Group theory has important applications in natural sciences including computer science. Such as the combination technology, coding theory, information security and other fields.
