Abstract
Based on the relevant theories of cold chain logistics and agricultural cold chain logistics, we use the analytic hierarchy process to find the weights of the evaluation indicators at all levels, and analyze the index system of the quality and safety evaluation of the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products by establishing a comprehensive evaluation model. The results show that the service level evaluation model of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products based on AHP can effectively avoid the ambiguity and randomness of expert judgment. At the same time, the research results of this paper provide scientific and effective management decision support for cold chain logistics service enterprises.
