Abstract
In view of the problem of excessive extraction of groundwater from farmland irrigation in Hebei Province, it is urgent to carry out the research on the measurement method of irrigation water. Due to the problems of easy damage of irrigation water measurement facilities installed in the field, inaccurate data collection and high investment cost of water measurement facilities, it is the most economical and effective method to carry out the research on the "water conversion by electricity" fee control terminal, and calculate the irrigation water consumption through the method of "water conversion by electricity". In this paper, the method of measuring water quantity by electricity is used to study the algorithm model, algorithm accuracy and the architecture of the fee control terminal of "water conversion by electricity". The main research conclusions of this paper include: the "water conversion by electricity" algorithm model meets the needs of irrigation water calculation, and the calculation accuracy is less than 2%. The designed "water conversion by electricity" fee control terminal has the functions of parameter distribution, power data acquisition, power charge accounting, water charge accounting and so on, which effectively reduces the investment cost of water metering facilities. In terms of future work, the dynamic optimization of "water conversion by electricity" algorithm needs to be improved in terms of predicting the change trend of "water conversion by electricity" coefficient in advance in combination with meteorological data.
