Abstract
The injection molding process of mobile phone case is complex, including temperature, pressure, time and other technological variables, and each quality index is interdependent and influential, so the influence of each attribute must be considered comprehensively. For mobile phone case injection molding process, multivariate quality control and diagnosis driven by principal component model were carried out, the correlation of various process parameters was clarified, and the cause of runaway was pointed out, which provided scientific decision support for quality improvement. Finally, orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the process parameters, and the optimal parameter combination was determined to improve the product quality.
