Abstract
As an important basic unit of China's administrative division, townships play an important role in coordinating urban-rural relations and promoting urbanization, and the scientific and effective preparation of township-level territorial spatial planning is related to the healthy economic and social development of China's urban and rural areas. The reconstruction of the territorial spatial planning system in the new era has put forward new requirements for the connotation of township-level planning. Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of China's townships and existing planning problems, this paper mainly focuses on the townships' territorial spatial planning, combining the practice of preparing the "Territorial Spatial Planning of Sandian Street, Xinzhou District, Wuhan City (2020-2035)", starting from the background and significance of the preparation of the townships' territorial spatial planning, evaluating and judging the current situation in conjunction with the relevant planning and index requirements, and exploring how to scientifically formulate The planning orientation and development goals of the township territorial spatial planning.
