Abstract
This paper describes light-induced changes in xerographic characteristics of multilayer organic photoreceptors composed of a carrier generation layer (CCL) and a carrier transport layer (CTL) . It has been found that the light-induced changes were caused by resistivity change in the CTL and depend on the optical bandgap of the CTL. It has been aLso found that a stable photorecepthr is obtained by controlling compositions of carrier transport material and binder matrix. The lightinduced changes in the CCL were not found.
