Abstract
As the quality controller of the marketing business of power grid enterprises, marketing audit has realized the management support of the information system to the core business. With the continuous expansion of the business scope and the continuous advancement of the data depth, on the basis of the gradual improvement and optimization of the marketing audit management system, it is necessary to carry out digital intelligence transformation according to its own business characteristics. RPA, as a software automation tool, can replace the original labor-consuming and labor-intensive repetitive low value-added work, and plays an important role in improving the business digitization level. Based on the application characteristics of RPA technology, this paper combs the characteristics of the marketing audit business. By constructing typical business application scenarios, refining the RPA simulation operation process of the business scenarios, this paper presents the intelligent transformation process of the audit business management, and provides experience for the intelligent application of robot process automation in other professional fields of marketing.
