Abstract
As a football player, meniscus injuries are the most common type of knee injury. This injury can seriously affect the physiological function of football players, affecting their normal training and competition. Athletes with severe meniscus injuries may even be unable to continue as athletes. The meniscus can not only increase the flexibility of the knee joint but also increase the stability of the joint. Therefore, the study of meniscus injury is very important. There are many reasons for meniscus injuries in football practice and games. In this paper, three mechanisms leading to meniscus injury were studied, and three main causes of meniscus injury were found, namely limb weakness, technical weakness, and athletes' improvement training. The author proposed surgical treatment and conservative treatment for different forms of meniscus injury.
