Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and low safety caused by manual operation of coiled tubing machine, automatic control technology is widely used in coiled tubing operation equipment. At present, most coiled tubing equipment is still hydraulically controlled, control equipment operation by manually operating hydraulic valves. Since the concept of "intelligent coiled tubing" was put forward at the sixth International Petroleum Industry Summit Forum in 2014, it is considered as the key development direction of coiled tubing technology; therefore, in the context of global energy transformation and upgrading, the development of coiled tubing equipment generally tends to automation, informatization and intelligence, carry out the research on automatic technology of fully electronic control continuous tube equipment, lay the foundation for the digitization and intellectualization of the control system, Improving the performance and safety of equipment is an important means to solve the efficient and safe development of underground operation. After investigating a large number of documents, this paper summarizes the application of automatic control technology in coiled tubing operation equipment at home and abroad, and forms relevant conclusions and suggestions. The research can provide strong guidance for technical development and on-site engineering services.
