Abstract
Under the requirement of ' double carbon ' target, the proportion of PV generation and electric vehicle connected to power grid is higher and higher, and its uncertainty brings challenges to the stable operation of power system, especially distribution network. This design uses Gaussian mixture model to depict the uncertainty of photovoltaic power output and depict the daily time series characteristic curve of photovoltaic power output. Then, a multi-objective planning model of electric vehicle charging pile is proposed, which aims at the minimum investment cost, the minimum active network loss and the minimum node voltage deviation. The entropy weight method is used to transform the multi-objective into a single objective as an index to measure the planning scheme. On this basis, the information gap decision theory is introduced, and the influence of the uncertainty of the electric vehicle charging pile load is considered. The installed capacity of the charging pile is planned, and the feasible range of the installed capacity is given. In the verification of the comparison example, the correctness and effectiveness of the planning scheme under this kind of index are verified.
