Abstract
In electrical automation system, relay protection is a very important part. With the rapid development of power system and information technology in today's society, there are some maintenance problems, communication problems and accuracy problems in relay protection system. In this paper, the safety technology of relay protection is studied and analyzed, and the safety technology of relay protection in electrical automation system is discussed by establishing intelligent automatic detection system of relay protection and setting relay protection value in electrical automation system, which provides help for protecting the safety of electrical automation system.
