Abstract
With the development and development of manufacturing industry, the precision and quality of products are also higher and higher, therefore, the role of CNC machine tools is more and more prominent. The numerical control machine tool is the important component of our manufacturing industry, it directly relates to the development of the entire manufacturing industry. At present, the development of CNC technology in China has shown a high performance, multifunctional, customized, intelligent, green and other development trends. The existing research methods of machining accuracy include error prevention and error correction. Error prevention method is to improve and optimize the structure of mechanical parts, and adjust the temperature of the surrounding environment in the manufacturing process, so as to improve the accuracy of the design and assembly of parts. While ensuring the machining accuracy, a large amount of investment is introduced to reduce the impact of errors. The error correction method is to use an efficient error detection method to measure the error, and then identify the real error value of the machine with the error, and then the same amount, reverse processing, and then use the corresponding software or equipment to correct it, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the accuracy of the machine tool. Compared with the error prevention method, it has been welcomed and popularized by the majority of researchers because of its good compensation effect, low economic cost and no need to optimize the machinery.
