Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development and expansion of China's economic construction and opening up, the aviation industry has gradually become the main mode of travel and transportation in China. Maintenance efficiency is one of the important factors that affect the maintainability of civil aircraft, and it is also an important part of the maintainability outline and maintainability design criteria of civil aircraft and has now become an important content of product maintainability design and analysis. This paper attempts to analyze the maintenance efficiency of civil aviation aircraft based on DL (Deep Learning) and constructs a risk assessment model in this paper. Human reliability analysis is to quantitatively analyze the human error probability that may exist in normal operation and accident state of the system and evaluate the risk. Finally, the experimental results show that the error rate of this algorithm in aero-engine fault data diagnosis is 89.6885%, which is better than the other two algorithms. And the model of the algorithm in this paper at the best diagnosis rate is preserved. In this paper, DNN (Deep Neural Network) theory of product maintainability under specified time and conditions is related maintenance according to agreed procedures and methods, and its purpose is to restore the related capabilities of products under specified conditions.
