Abstract

In this paper, we first introduce the fuzzy clustering analysis and application based on AFS (Axiom Fuzzy Set) fuzzy logic, then, we quantitatively analyze the key statistical indicators of the current real estate price and the relationships between the big class indicators and the small by and AFS fuzzy cluster analysis, and open up a new area of cross-analysis between statistical disciplines and fuzzy mathematics. Through AFS clustering analysis, objective classification can be carried out based on the statistical relationships between indicators, and specific classification results can be determined according to the required standards. This allows for further causal relationship fitting and provides a clear path for finding specific functional relationships between indicators, which is helpful for statistical research and analysis, equivalent to principal component analysis in statistics.
