Abstract
Aiming at the optimization design of steel cutting, which needs to meet different types of orders and quantity requirements, in order to minimize the number of raw materials used, maximize order fulfillment, reduce the number of tool changes and small machines cutting times, the cutting optimization problem is transformed into the optimal design of the scheme when the raw materials are cut sequentially. First of all, this paper sorts the raw material area and order area, at the same time, the matching dictionary set with the largest rate is established. Secondly, the same type of order is arranged as much as possible, thus reducing the number of knife changes and small machines cutting numbers. Then, the multi-objective optimization model is established. In the simulation stage, through the design of feasible algorithms and programming to achieve an optimal solution, finally, get a good cutting plan, it provides a useful reference for practical application.
