Abstract
In order to study the temperature distribution and variation law of hot mix asphalt mixture inside the dump truck compartment during transportation, and effectively reduce the influence of temperature segregation of mixed material on pavement construction during transportation, this paper establishes a simulation calculation model of the temperature field of hot mix asphalt mixture during transportation, and analyzes the temperature variation law of the mixture based on nano aerogel insulation felt-slag cotton felt insulation layer from the three aspects of line diagram, surface diagram and body diagram. The results show that: In these three directions, the absolute value of the temperature distribution rate change rate in the low temperature region on both sides of the mixture is large, the absolute value of the temperature distribution rate change rate in the middle position is relatively small, and the temperature change rate of the temperature distribution rate in the highest temperature area is almost 0. At the same time, the highest temperature area of the mixture and the area where the highest temperature is located in the three directions account for a large proportion, and the low temperature area on both sides accounts for a small proportion.
