Abstract
Lead-carbon battery is a kind of new capacitive lead-acid battery, which is based on the traditional lead-acid battery, using the method of adding carbon material to the negative electrode to improve the specific capacity and charge-discharge characteristics of the battery. Lead-carbon battery solves the defects of low charge-discharge rate of traditional lead-acid battery, improves the phenomenon of negative sulfate, and has the advantages of good charge-discharge performance and long battery life. This paper firstly starts from the principle and structure of lead-carbon battery, then summarizes the research progress of lead-carbon battery in recent years, and finally looks forward to the development direction and trend of lead-carbon battery in the future.
