Abstract
The investment execution analysis project for the power grid project has already been used, but the method for evaluating the benefits of power data services has not yet been applied. To improve the quality of data services for investment execution analysis of power grid projects, this article presents a benefit model evaluation of power grid infrastructure projects. The evaluation methods for the value of data services in current power grid project investment execution analysis data services are sorted out by combining their application scenario characteristics and service object characteristics. A method for evaluating and enhancing the benefits of data services in the investment execution analysis of power grid projects is proposed. The methods for improving data services based on the results of the benefit evaluation are then summarized.
