Abstract
The microdroplet jetting speed of dispensing valve is very fast, generally tens of milliseconds, microdroplet diameter size is generally only a few tens of microns. In order to study the consistency of the dispensing valve jet, this paper analyzes the forming process of microdroplet and microdroplet volume calculation method, builds an observation system, realizes the non-contact measurement of microdroplet volume based on image processing, and confirms the feasibility of the method by a high-precision electronic balance.
