Abstract
The theory of infrared (IR) and submillimeter radiation detec- tion in direct-gap semiconductors based on "quenching" effect of Ra- man lines due to interaction between free and bound excitons is pro- posed. The first experiments were performed which shows the possibi- lity to obtain NEP = 10-17-10-19 WHz-1/2 at helium temperature.
