Abstract
In this paper,A new type of linearly polarized wiggler, withthe ability that its magenet field amplitude and period canbe varied conveniently, has been investigated in details. This device consisted of many loops which seperatedly fixon the drifting tube. Changing the raduis and period, we canobtain the magenetic field profile which we expect. Thetheory about the magnetic field profile in the device hasbeen derived and stimulted resuts of computer show that itcan produce any magnetic profile that we desire by vergingloops radius or periods or period and radius together.
