Abstract
A switched field-of-view dispersive Fourier transform spectrometer for complexreflection measurements on opaque solids is described. It is for operation in the 30to 600 cm-1 spectral region. The specimen is mounted on the cold stage of a closedcycle refrigerator to allow measurements to be made at any temperature between ambientand 20 K.
