Abstract
Millimeter wave radiometers are being increasingly used forplasma diagnostics and remote sensing applications. To datehowever the widespread use of such systems, particularly forapplications requiring frequency coverage above 100 GHz, havebeen inhibited by the lack of availability of an appropriatelyspecified commercial package. This paper outlines the design andconstruction of such a radiometer package and gives details ofresults obtained to date.
