Abstract
Exchange interactions in dilute magnetic semiconductors (D.M.S.) Zni-xCoxS,Zni-sMn.Se and Cdi-..Mr4Se are studied by E. P.R. in the F.I.R. region with highmagnetic field up to 40 Tesla. For x P--# 5%, transmission spectra exhibit very sharpsatellite lines on both sides of the single magnetic ion resonance. We assigne thesestructures to be relevant of the exchange interaction in magnetic ions pairs. A calcula- tion of pairs energy levels, including Dzialoshinsky Morya (D.M.) effects, and symetri- cal exchange terms of the interaction tensor, allows to extract from the measurementsthe values of D.M. constant. Moreover, in the case of cobalt, the occurrence of anabsorption peak at half field is well interpreted by taking into account the symetricanisotropic terms.
