Abstract
This article expounds objectively by full and accurate materials about 'ILLLIT' that takes the He-Ne laser as a representative in five sides: 1) the Chinese and ENglish name of 'ILLLIT'; 2) THe review of the history that 'ILLLIT' was introduced into our country; 3) The clinical effect and the basic research of 'ILLLIT'; 4) The comparison between 'ILLLIT' and 'UBI'; and 5) The questions facing 'ILLLIT' and prospects in our country. The inquiry that authors raise a view on base of his research and practice is expected, so as to clear up some confusion state and indistinct understanding about 'ILLLIT' in our country, and to make it as a clinical treatment of low-reaction-level laser that has a glorious future to take the healthy and developmental road.
