The connection between temporal bandwidth and information capacity of temporal aperture is studied. The difference between amount of resolvable spots in optical channel of the acousto- optical amount of resolvable temporal interval sin electronic channel is shown for the case of gray scale transmission by the device. The information criterion of the temporal bandwidth of acousto-optical devices is formulated.
