Abstract
There are many different tracking methods and algorithms in development and use. It would be useful to compare these methods to determine which tracking algorithms are most appropriate for different situations. To make it possible to compare these methods a common database of input data has been set up. This database includes raw image sequences, filtered image sequences and detection lists. The data may be used by TBD and TAD trackers. The raw image sequences have been reprocessed to correct bad channels and remove pointing and stabilization errors and are available to the tracking community. Researchers are invited to make use of this data nd present their results. This paper describes the database, how to access it and the results of using the Multiple Hypotheses Tracking algorithm on the image sequences contained within. A description of the signal processing used on the images and the MHT algorithm will also be included.
