Abstract
Two new approaches to hair removal from skin images using auto-regressive (AR) model signal and band-limited (BL) signal interpolation have been compared to conventional linear interpolation and found to lead to smaller interpolation errors. Experimental results illustrate that the proposed approaches are able to reduce the disruption of hair removal on the skin line pattern.
