Abstract
Wavefront sampling is important for beam parameters measurement. A new method to perform the large aperture beam sampling with array-lens was put forward. A 25×25 array-lens of wavefront distortion measurement was designed, and an experimental system was settled up. The perfect parallel beam is used to demarcate the large aperture array-lens beam sampler. And a large aperture wavefront of distortion was measured by the set. That the experiment result is in accordance with the theoretical calculation.
