In view of the excessive number of load characteristic indexes defined by the existing equilibrium recovery methods, it leads to the long time required to recover the charge density equilibrium. To solve this problem, this paper designs a load density equilibrium recovery method of distribution network in typhoon disaster weather. The load period of distribution network in typhoon disaster weather and the load characteristic index are defined. After the feeder with the same distribution direction is divided into distributed areas, the load density limit is set, and the load density equilibrium method is constructed according to the actual feeder location and load density change of distribution network. After collecting the data of distribution network in typhoon disaster weather, the paper simulates the operation environment of distribution network, and carries out experiments by using the equilibrium recovery method in literature [2], the equilibrium method in literature [6] and the recovery method designed in this paper. The results show that the recovery time of the balance method designed in this paper is the shortest, and the load utilization rate of distribution network is the highest under the proposed method.
