Currently (i.e., 08/02/2024), I am a second-year Ph.D. candidate in Industry 4.0 at the Polytechnic of Bari, in Italy. Overall, my main research activity is based on the deployment of a new generation of optical gas sensors, trying to combine integrated photonics and non-linear optics platforms in order to develop sensing architectures employing spectroscopy techniques based on the photo-acoustic effect or on the photo-thermo-elastic effect.
