Abstract
Infrared tracking and scanning continuous imaging is a typical remote detection system. However, the rotation of the carrier during the imaging period of the detector will cause image motion, which seriously affects the image clarity and resolution. A continuous rotating scanning medium-wave infrared tracking imaging system is designed in this paper. A image-stable mirror is added to the optical path to stabilize the image and optical axis by the synchronous reverse rotation of the image-stable mirror. On the premise of ensuring the imaging quality of the optical system, the image motion caused by 360° continuous rotating scanning of the system can be compensated in real time. The miniaturization and practicality of the whole system is also realized. The system proposed in this paper is a medium-wave(3μm-5μm) infrared scanning imaging system whose optical system consists of a telescope system and a re-imaging system. Through rotating the image-stable mirror respectively 1.04° positively and negatively, the image quality still meets requirements. Then the MTF change of the whole system in the temperature range from - 40 ℃ to 60 C℃ without rotating the imagestable mirror and focal length adjustment is simulated. After research and analysis, adjusting the eighth lens of the optical system along the optical axis can compensate the reduce of image quality caused by the change of temperature. Finally, the final machining tolerances are determined.
