Abstract
Insufficient physical activity will cause a large number of health problems. Nowadays schools have played an important role in increasing their students' exercise. We are aimed at the factors that can influence physical activity time provided by schools in England. T-test and linear regression are used in national-based data. The data shows that school type is the biggest factor. Students in independent schools have more PA time than those of state schools (p < 0.001, 95% CI). Age can also impact school-provided physical activity time, with a decline in ages 10-13. Other factors such as sex, location, socioeconomic status have a small effect. This leads to the conclusion that many factors can be related to school provision physical activity.
