Abstract
The detection of X-ray could exhibit the new prospect of universe and expedite the development of astrophysics. A new detector of space X-ray based on CCD, which is composed of collimator tube, CCD and electronics, can be used to monitor the spectrum and chronotropic character of Black Hole, pulsar and X-ray binary, discover unknown stars, search the source of cosmic X-rays background. Based on SPENVIS and GEANT4, the new detector of space X-ray is analyzed through Monte Carlo simulations. The simulations show the response of detector to particles which include X-rays, gamma, electron and proton. Besides, the SNR and recognition ability of soft X-rays are improved.
