Abstract
Aiming at the characteristics of the local section of the pipe jacking construction of the Hangzhou water intake upmoving project (phase I) passing through the alternately distributed strata, from the perspective of pipe jacking machine selection, the influence of different cutter head cutting jacking rates on the vertical displacement and stress of the overlying rock soil layer is simulated and analyzed by controlling the excavation rate. The results show that the vertical displacement of the upper rock and soil of the pipe jacking machine is related to the jacking rate and the buried depth of the pipe jacking machine in the hard stratum. When the buried depth is deeper, the vertical displacement is larger, and the effect of jacking rate on vertical displacement is smaller. When the buried depth is less than 50 m, the vertical displacement of overlying rock mass decreases with the increase of the jacking rate. The circumferential and radial stresses of the monitored element at a depth of 60 m are consistent with the trend of elastic theoretical solutions. The research results can provide reference for the selection of pipe jacking machines with large cutter head or compound slurry balance pipe jacking head under different geological conditions.
