Abstract
The time domain model of E-class road surface, the mathematical model of hydro-pneumatic suspension stiffness and damping, and the semi-vehicle model of 4×4 wheeled off-road vehicle are established. For military wheeled off-road vehicles, the evaluation method of ride comfort is put forward. Through MATLAB/SIMULINK programming calculation, the ride comfort of the vehicle is analyzed and the damping scheme is optimized. The ride comfort of the optimized vehicles is improved obviously through calculation.
