Abstract
The ultrasonic excitation system consists of ultrasonic excitation power supply and ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic transducer is an important part of ultrasonic scalpel excitation system. Its main function is to convert the alternating electric signal sent by ultrasonic excitation power supply into ultrasonic signal (ultrasonic vibration), so as to complete energy conversion. Due to the large amount of information, energy concentration and strong penetration, ultrasonic transducer has been widely used in production and life, and ultrasonic transducer has developed rapidly. This paper designs the structure of a sandwich piezoelectric ceramic transducer, analyzes the vibration mode of the amplitude transducer through the workbench finite element analysis software, analyzes the vibration characteristics of the transducer, and verifies the performance of the designed transducer.
