Abstract
Based on the agronomic characteristics of ridge planting raw sugarcane in tropical areas, this paper mainly designs and analyzes plough body parts for subsoilers. In order to verify the rationality of plow body design, this paper analyzes the plow body through SolidWorks Simulation, and obtains its stress distribution state under extreme conditions. The results show that the final optimized structural parameters are the thickness of the plow handle 28 mm and the angle of the end face of the plow is 15 °, which provides a reference for the optimization and improvement of the plow structure of sugarcane subsoiling machine.
