Abstract
The wallboard extrusion molding technology is oriented to sustainable development and is committed to green production. In order to meet the process requirements, the existing molding machine is optimized. Based on the working principle of the wallboard extrusion molding machine, improve the overall movement and lifting function, connect the screw feed rod with the bottom end of the hopper, improve the utilization rate of raw materials, and add a pressure sensitive sensor to control the supply of raw materials to avoid waste of raw materials. Through the action of gravity and inclined plane component, it is convenient for the equipment to discharge the plate, and the finite element analysis of the screw feed rod is carried out to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system, optimize the operation process of old-fashioned industrial production equipment, and realize automatic supply to a certain extent.
