Abstract
With the rise of a new round of technological revolutions such as the Internet of Things, big data, and cloud computing, smart factories based on digital factories have emerged. Through bibliometric analysis tools, quantitatively analyze relevant interdisciplinary knowledge from different levels. In order to study the development trend of smart factories, through the Web of Science core collection database, the literature on smart factories in the past 10 years was searched, and a total of 218 related articles were obtained. Using CiteSpace software, the research trend of smart factories in recent years is discussed with the visual map of published documents and document distribution. From the perspective of authors, institutions, national cooperation networks and keyword co-occurrence, the research status, trends and hotspots of smart factories are discussed. The results show that related research represented by smart factories is rapidly heating up, showing a trend of interdisciplinary groups, core author groups, and cross-domain and cross-regional research. In addition, from the perspective of development trends, a smart factory based on customer demand orientation, decentralized and centralized coexistence, and the integration of reality and virtuality will have system automation, development autonomy and product personalization as the core elements.
