Abstract
As an important supporting structure of the offshore platform, the integrity of the jacket is a prerequisite to ensure the safety of the personnel of the offshore oil and gas platform and the normal operation of the platform. However, jackets in complex and harsh marine environments often suffer partial damage due to various reasons. In this paper, a new grouting sleeve structure with built-in wedge teeth is proposed, and the reinforcement performance of the new sleeve is studied through experiments. The experimental results show that the new grouting sleeve can not only improve the axial bearing capacity of the locally damaged jacket, but also reduce the sensitivity of the local defect to the lateral load, which is beneficial to the jacket to resist the interference of wave loads.
