Abstract
Power grid enterprises belong to asset-intensive enterprises. Their operation and development are closely related to the safe and stable operation of assets. The maintenance cost is the basis of ensuring the stable operation of assets. Therefore, under the severe regulatory situation of power transmission and distribution price reform, the maintenance cost distribution methods can further improve the input and output level of power grid enterprises, optimize the maintenance cost input structure, and ensure the goal of lean management of power grid enterprises. This article comprehensively considers the cost of maintenance related factors, identifies and analyzes the related elements from different dimensions, such as asset size and structure, and builds a maintenance cost foundation distribution system based on regional difference characteristics. At the same time, this article comprehensively identifies and considers the maintenance cost input and output characteristics to construct an optimized distribution index system based on the output characteristics. Combined with the hierarchical analysis method, the coefficient of variation method, the comprehensive weight of the calculation index, and combined with the linear weighting theory, the product of the standardized processing results and weights of various indicators is used as the calculation basis of the allocation proportion and forms a maintenance cost distribution method model considering regional characteristics and benefit output. Lastly, different regions were selected for empirical analysis studies to verify the feasibility of the model. So, as to support the scientific and reasonable distribution of maintenance costs of power grid enterprises, it provides a powerful tool to optimize resource allocation and realize the accurate control of maintenance costs.
