Abstract
The chopper of IGBT electronic power switch is often used in the control of DC motor of electric vehicle. IGBT chopper is a periodic on-off switching device between DC power supply and DC motor. Using IGBT for power conversion can improve power efficiency and quality. IGBT combines the advantages of MOSFET and GTR power transistor, with low driving power and low saturation voltage.
