Abstract
Defrosting technology plays an important role in the normal operation of air source heat pump units in winter. This paper briefly summarizes the main factors causing frosting of air source heat pump units, focusing on energy saving, environmental protection, low consumption and other issues. By using waste heat for two-stage heating, the development prospect of this technology is demonstrated by comparing various defrosting technologies.
