Abstract

CPS was first mentioned by NASA in 1992 and elaborated on this concept at the National Science Foundation (NSF) in2006. Taking the third paradigm of intelligent manufacturing as the prototype and discrete manufacturing unit as an example, this paper expounds the unit level CPS system in detail, and forms the system level CPS architecture and the system level CPS architecture of the system.
